Origin & classification

Auto Tutankhamon transfers the characteristics of Tutankhamon, also known as King Tut, into an automatic cultivar. Its basis is an especially potent AK-47 phenotype, combined with carefully selected but unnamed Indica and Ruderalis genetics. We classify Auto Tutankhamon from Pyramid Seeds as a balanced Indica-Sativa autoflower. The unknown Indica should not be replaced in the lineage with an invented strain name.

Aroma & flavor

The aroma is described as fresh, fruity and tropical. Citrus notes are particularly pronounced, giving the profile a bright, lively direction. This distinguishes Auto Tutankhamon from earthy or fuel-forward automatic strains while retaining the powerful character of its AK-47 foundation.

Terpene profile

The effect is described as strong, cerebral and uplifting. Compared with the original Tutankhamon, it is said to be only somewhat softer. The THC content of the automatic version is stated as approximately 20 percent; measurements of up to 23 percent have been mentioned for the photoperiodic parent strain. These values must not be equated and may in any case vary depending on phenotype, batch and cultivation conditions. No specific figure is available for CBD.

Effect tendency

The life cycle information contains a mathematical discrepancy. Approximately three weeks of growth and a further 45 to 50 days of flowering are stated, which together would amount to around nine to ten weeks. At the same time, the data block lists only seven to eight weeks from seed to harvest. Therefore, no seemingly exact total duration should be claimed. What is clearly documented, however, is that this is a fast-developing autoflower with an automatic flowering onset.

Cannabinoids, flowering & appearance

The plants reach approximately 110 to 130 centimeters and therefore remain easy to manage. Cultivation is considered straightforward and suitable even for less experienced growers. Indoor yields of up to 550 grams per square meter are mentioned, while the tabular yield classification is only medium for both indoor and outdoor cultivation. Location, light, care and phenotype have a significant influence on the actual yield. Auto Tutankhamon therefore combines AK-47-influenced potency, fresh citrus aromatics and manageable growth; however, the contradictory strain data should be clarified before making a binding statement about timing or yield.
