Your order is only considered accepted once it has been confirmed by CannaSelection. Acceptance requires receipt and processing of your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as CannaSelection may not be able to honor cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of order.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Our Services—including but not limited to all trademarks, trade names, text, images, graphics, product reviews, audio and video files, and their design, selection, and arrangement—are owned by CannaSelection, its affiliates, or licensors, and protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may gain access to third-party tools offered through the Services, which we do not monitor, control, or influence.

CannaSelection is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made in our shop are directly between you and CannaSelection. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with CannaSelection, including injuries, damages, or losses caused by purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all liability related to your purchases and transactions with CannaSelection.
