Terms and conditions

These terms apply to orders in the CannaSelection® online shop. 1. Scope

We sell to consumers and business customers. Consumers are natural persons ordering predominantly for private purposes. Individually agreed terms take precedence. Orders placed through other marketplaces are subject to the terms stated in the relevant listing.

2. Orders and contract formation

Product presentations invite you to place an order. You can add products to your basket without commitment and check and correct your details before submitting your order. Submitting an order with an obligation to pay constitutes a binding offer.

We accept your offer by expressly confirming the order, requesting payment or dispatching the goods, whichever happens first. An automatic acknowledgement of receipt alone does not constitute acceptance unless it contains an order confirmation or request for payment.

You receive your order details by email. You can save or print these terms and the other legal notices before ordering. The shop is available in German, English and Spanish.

3. Prices and payment

Displayed final prices include statutory VAT where applicable. Additional shipping costs are shown on our shipping page and before you complete your order. Deliveries outside the European Union may incur additional import duties and local taxes payable by the recipient.

The payment methods and payment terms displayed at checkout apply. Orders paid by bank transfer in advance are dispatched after payment has been received. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal under the conditions shown during payment. We do not charge separate payment fees unless they are expressly displayed before you order.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping costs, processing times and general transit times are listed on the shipping page. A delivery estimate shown for a particular product or order reflects its availability and takes precedence over general guidelines. It is an estimate unless a binding delivery date has been agreed.

Products shipped by our partners may arrive separately. Additional shipping costs are disclosed before ordering. For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes only upon delivery to the consumer or their designated recipient. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

5. Laboratory analyses

The scope of an analysis, the required sample and processing time are stated in the relevant offer. Processing starts when we have received a suitable sample and the required information and the agreed conditions for starting the service have been met.

For consumers, we start before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period only at their express request and after providing the required information about withdrawal rights. Without this request we wait until the withdrawal period has expired. An individual analysis is not excluded from withdrawal rights merely because it relates to a customer's sample. 6. Recurring deliveries

A subscription is created only if you expressly select that purchase option. Delivery frequency, price per delivery and any discount are displayed before ordering. The subscription continues until cancelled. You may skip future deliveries or cancel the subscription for the future at any time. Orders already triggered remain unaffected, and statutory withdrawal rights apply independently. Use the management link in your subscription confirmation or contact info@cannaselection.net.

7. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have statutory withdrawal rights. Deadlines, procedures, return costs and statutory exceptions are explained in our withdrawal notice and model form. The electronic withdrawal function is available at Withdraw from contract. Business customers do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal.

8. Ownership, defects and liability

Goods remain our property until paid in full. Statutory rights concerning defective goods apply. A complaint about a defect is distinct from withdrawal. Please report defects or transport damage to info@cannaselection.net. A consumer's failure or delay in reporting damage does not remove their statutory rights. Statutory duties of inspection and notification for business customers remain unaffected.

We are liable for damages in accordance with statutory law. Product descriptions and instructions do not replace an expressly agreed guarantee. Any additional guarantee and its conditions will be stated separately.

9. Privacy

Information about personal data processing is available in our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and consumer dispute resolution

German law applies. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction is governed by statutory rules.
