Cancellation policy

Subscriptions and recurring deliveries

These terms apply if you expressly select a subscription purchase option in our shop. A one-time purchase does not create a subscription. Your contracting party is WebTec Braun GmbH (CannaSelection®), Max-Hickl-Str. 10, 83026 Rosenheim, Germany.

Delivery frequency and payment

The selected frequency, price per delivery and any subscription discount are displayed on the product page and before ordering. MicroBio+ currently offers delivery every four or eight weeks. The option you confirm applies.

The subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Your saved payment method is charged for each delivery on the dates agreed when ordering. Applicable shipping costs are displayed before ordering. There is no fixed minimum term.

Skipping deliveries or cancelling a subscription

You can skip future deliveries or cancel the subscription for the future at any time. Use the management link in your subscription confirmation or email info@cannaselection.net. Please provide the order email address and, if available, the order or subscription number so we can identify your request.

Cancellation stops future recurring orders. An order already triggered remains subject to its terms and your statutory rights. To prevent a particular upcoming delivery, make the change before that order is triggered. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Cancelling an order already placed

If you wish to stop an existing order, contact us as soon as possible at info@cannaselection.net or +49 170 2227543. Whether dispatch can still be stopped depends on the processing stage. Your statutory withdrawal right remains unaffected and does not require cancellation approval from us.

Withdrawal and reimbursement

Subscription cancellation and statutory withdrawal are separate rights. Consumers benefit from the deadlines and conditions in our withdrawal notice. For a contract for regular delivery of goods during a defined period, the 14-day withdrawal period starts when the first goods are received. Use Withdraw from contract or send us an unequivocal statement.

Reimbursements following a valid withdrawal comply with statutory rules and our withdrawal notice. Rights promised for previous orders remain valid. Our terms and conditions also apply.
