Shipping conditions

Destinations
We ship within Germany, to European Union countries and to selected international destinations. Beneficial insects are delivered within Germany only.

Carriers
We send regular parcels with DHL. Beneficial insects are shipped fresh directly by the breeder. Compost worms are shipped by our partner worm farm in Austria. A different carrier may be used for these separate shipments.

Shipping options
We offer standard shipping. Beneficial insects ordered with other products arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping costs

Germany
Regular shipping costs €5.00. Orders of €50 or more ship entirely free, including beneficial insects, cover crops and other products. Below that threshold, the following rules apply to MicroBio+, beneficial insects and compost worms.

MicroBio+
MicroBio+ ships free within Germany regardless of order value.

Beneficial insects
The breeder ships them fresh and separately. Below €50, the charge is €3.00 once per order containing beneficial insects. Regular shipping costs for other products may also apply below the threshold. A German order with regular products and beneficial insects therefore costs €8.00 in shipping. Orders of €50 or more ship entirely free.

Compost worms
Our partner farm ships directly from Austria. Below €50, additional shipping costs of €11.99 apply. Orders of €50 or more ship entirely free.

European Union
Shipping for products available to EU destinations costs €9.90 and is free from an order value of €50. Beneficial insects are not shipped outside Germany.

International shipping
International shipping costs €19.99. We deliver to the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States. Beneficial insects are not shipped abroad.

Delivery times
Order processing usually takes 1 to 3 working days. After dispatch, delivery generally takes 2 to 4 working days within Germany, 3 to 7 within the EU and 7 to 21 internationally. Dispatch days for beneficial insects may differ; see the product page. External circumstances may also affect delivery. These are general guidelines. If a product page or checkout shows a specific, currently calculated delivery estimate, that estimate applies to the product. General processing and transit times are not added again to an already calculated total delivery time.

Customs and import charges
International deliveries may incur customs duties, taxes or import fees payable by the customer.

Returns
Customers bear the direct return costs when exercising statutory withdrawal. See our withdrawal notice. For justified defect claims and misdeliveries caused by us or the carrier, we bear the costs required by law.

Undeliverable parcels
We will contact you to clarify the next steps. If you request another shipment, we will inform you of the cost beforehand. We claim additional costs only where legally justified. Statutory withdrawal and reimbursement rights remain unaffected.
