Shipping Regions
We ship our products within Germany, to all countries of the European Union, and internationally to selected countries.

Shipping Provider
All shipments are carried out exclusively with DHL.

Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping for all deliveries.

Shipping Costs

Germany
Shipping costs are €4.99. Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge.

European Union
Shipping costs within the EU are a flat rate of €13.99.

International Shipping
International shipping costs €19.99. The following countries are serviced: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United States.

Delivery Times
Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery within Germany typically takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery to the European Union usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
International deliveries generally take 7 to 21 business days after dispatch.
Depending on the destination country or external circumstances, delivery times may vary.

Customs and Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs must be borne by the customer.

Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases of misdelivery caused by us or the shipping provider, we will cover all costs.

Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect information, failure to collect, or similar reasons, reshipping will incur additional costs. Any shipping or return costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
