Hybrid strainBedrolite®
Bedrolite® is a CBD-dominant chemotype III hybrid from Bedrocan with less than 1 percent THC and approximately 8 to 9 percent CBD. Sweet citrus fruit, pine, soil and spice define the aroma. The effects are described as mild, clear, focusing, balancing and relaxing, without the strong high typically associated with THC-rich strains.

Editorial profile
Bedrolite® in detail
Origin & classification
Bedrolite® carries the cultivar designation Cannabis sativa L. ‘Rensina’. Bedrocan developed Rensina from a cross between the company’s own Bedrocan strain and a second parent that has not been documented in greater detail. Its exact complete lineage therefore remains unclear. We classify Bedrolite® as a CBD-dominant chemotype III hybrid. Its cannabinoid ratio clearly distinguishes it from THC-rich strain profiles.
Aroma & flavour
The THC content is stated as less than 1 percent, while CBD reaches approximately 8 to 9 percent. These values are not unchanging properties of every individual flower: batch, phenotype, cultivation and analysis can influence the result. Due to its very low THC content, the experience is described as mild and not strongly intoxicating. The CBD focus is the cultivar’s key characteristic, not a high psychoactive potency.
Terpene profile
Aromatically, Bedrolite® combines sweet and zesty citrus fruit with fruity, spicy and pine-like impressions. An earthy foundation gives the otherwise bright profile additional depth. The flavour is also described as fruity and spicy. Unlike distinctly sweet dessert strains, the aromatic profile remains clearer and more herbal, accompanied by resinous forest notes.
Effect tendency
Myrcene, beta-caryophyllene and alpha-humulene are cited as dominant components of the terpene profile. Terpinolene as well as alpha- and beta-pinene are also documented. Myrcene contributes to the earthy-herbal side, caryophyllene and humulene reinforce the spice, while pinene makes the pine-like freshness understandable. Terpinolene adds a lively, slightly zesty accent to the profile. However, the specific composition and concentration may vary between batches.
Cannabinoids, flowering & appearance
The repeatedly described effects are clear, focusing and relaxing at the same time. They are accompanied by a balancing, calming feeling and deep rest, without strongly clouding awareness. Such descriptions reflect subjective experiences and are not identical for every person. We expressly do not derive any medical or antispasmodic claims from them.
Further classification
No reliable information is available on flowering time, yield, plant height or specific growing characteristics. Classification as clearly sativa- or indica-dominant is also contradictory: the German description identifies it as a hybrid, while a brief English version refers to sativa dominance. We therefore retain the neutral hybrid classification. Bedrolite® is distinguished above all by chemotype III, its unusually low THC level, its CBD focus and a citrus-pine-like terpene profile.
