Editorial profile
Bediol® in detail
Origin & classification
Bediol® stands out not only because of its Sativa-dominant classification, but above all because of a ratio in which CBD exceeds THC in the available analyses. The dataset lists maximum values of 7 percent THC and 9 percent CBD. Other descriptions refer to approximately 6 to 7 percent THC and 8 to 9.5 percent CBD, or specifically around 6.3 and 8 percent. These values depend on the batch and should not be understood as the exact composition of every product.
Aroma & flavor
The genetic origin, by contrast, is considerably more disputed. The structured dataset lists Jack Herer. The German text describes Jack Herer as the basis, crossed with an unnamed CBD-rich Sativa partner, and further traces Jack Herer to Haze, Northern Lights #5 and Shiva Skunk. An English source, however, names El Niño as the starting line. Until a reliable primary source is available, Bediol® should not be unequivocally attributed to either Jack Herer or El Niño. Bedrocan is named as the developer in several descriptive sections, but is absent from the structured breeder field.
Terpene profile
Aromatically, Bediol® combines tropical fruit and subtle sweetness with earth and citrus. Piney, floral and skunky notes broaden the profile; one source also mentions a spicy side, while another describes wood and pine as particularly prominent. The structured terpene list includes Myrcene, Terpinolene, Humulene, Caryophyllene, Ocimene and Pinene. An English version, by contrast, lists Myrcene, Terpinolene and Phellandrene. The exact composition is therefore not consistent across all sources.
Effect tendency
There is greater agreement regarding the effect profile. Bediol® is described as calming, relaxing, clear and balancing. Euphoria and creativity also appear, without any mention of restless or strongly stimulating effects. The German text emphasizes a calm mental state with preserved presence and gentle physical relaxation. These descriptions are subjective accounts of experience and are not a guarantee of a specific effect.
Cannabinoids, flowering & appearance
Growth, flowering time and yield are not documented. Nor can therapeutic conclusions be drawn from the cannabinoid ratio alone. The most reliable public profile therefore focuses on the Sativa-dominant product category, the CBD-forward ratio, the tropical-earthy pine aroma and a perception repeatedly described as calm, clear and balanced.
