Purple City Genetics is an Oakland growers' collective with its own plant production and phenotype selection. Its work combines preserved selections with new crosses. Habibi brings together The Original Z and Moroccan Peaches, while other lines draw on Runtz or Purple Punch. The range shows several branches of Californian breeding under a shared breeder name.
