Arjan's Haze 3 in detail

Origin & classification

A specific breeding goal was at the heart of Arjan's Haze 3: to create a Haze with less stretch and a shorter flowering period without sacrificing its clear, ascending Sativa character. Greenhouse Seeds developed it from Haze and Laos genetics; it is classified as 70% Sativa and 30% Indica. We list it as a more compact photoperiodic Haze variety with pronounced lateral branching.

Aroma & flavour

The aromatic profile combines a fruity, partly tropical impression with pine and pronounced sweetness. The flavour is characterised as refreshingly sweet, while the aroma reveals more of the pine-like side. This combination distinguishes it from exclusively citrusy Haze profiles. Individual terpenes are not documented and are therefore not added.

Terpene profile

Recurring effect descriptions mention an uplifting, cerebral and euphoric high. Talkativeness and energy are also part of the profile. For a Haze, the effect is considered comparatively less overwhelming and rather shorter-lasting, while remaining distinctly sativa-dominant. Perception and potency are individual and change with quantity, batch and phenotype. THC is stated at 13.29% or around 13%, and CBD at approximately 1.2%. Both values should be understood as variable measurements.

Effect tendency

The plants reach approximately 100–150cm and also fill space laterally through their branching. This makes them suitable for SOG or ScrOG approaches in a grow tent. The difficulty level is described as medium. Photoperiodic flowering takes around ten weeks. Indoors, yields of up to approximately 700g/m² are stated under optimal conditions; heavily loaded branches may require support.

Cannabinoids, flowering & appearance

Outdoors, the plant can develop into a broad Haze bush in more southerly climates. The harvest window is around mid to late October. A potential peak yield of approximately one kilogram per plant is stated, although location, season, light, root space and care have a significant influence on the result. Arjan's Haze 3 is therefore defined above all by its more controlled growth: it remains relatively short for a Haze, completes flowering in around ten weeks and nevertheless retains the bright, communicative effect profile described above. The exact ancestry formula is not fully and unambiguously documented; what is confirmed is the combination of Haze with Laos genetics.
